mysql 4.1.x 소스설치

    추가
    AddType application/x-httpd-php             .php .php3 .phtml .html .htm .inc
    Addtype application/x-httpd-php-source      .phps

    LoadModule php4_module  modules/libphp4.so # 이미 추가되어 있는 경우도 있음
